Post: Digital Relationship Executives / Officer – Work from home/anywhere
Experience Required : 0 to 6 months in or with Customer Care/Support experience or basic knowledge

Salary: Depends on Performance and Experience
Work Shift: Day / Night- Rotational shift as per assigned region wise
Roles & Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
- Client Outreach – Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs from Maninagar Ahmedabad
- Customer Service and Sales – Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers. Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer’s Banking Requirements and manage all from Maninagar Ahmedabad GJ only.
Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Undergraduates in any stream
