Post: Customer Relationship Executive

Department: In-bond Voice Process

Work location: Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir

Education: 12th pass and above

Language Preference : Kashmiri  / HI_IN / EN_IN

Salary: INR 15,000 to 21,000/- per months (Depending upon interview)

Basic need to apply for PAYTM voice process jobs in Ladakh:

• Any one can apply with good knowledge of computer
• Proficient in basic typing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in either Kashmiri  or English.
• Ability to handle voice calls from local customers in Jammu and Kashmir state.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Job role at Paytm Ladakh as a CRE:  

• Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers around Jammu and Kashmir state.
• Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently as per the SOP of the company.

• Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
