Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in sales (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, or Retail preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Age: 21 to 32 years preferred.
Other: Must be a local candidate with good knowledge of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
