Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit level in Gotri Road Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Provide necessary on-the-job training and performance coaching.
- Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the unit/territory and individual level in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners, etc., within Gujarat.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned unit/territory.
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index. Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
