We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Collection Executive to join Paytm in S G Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, building customer relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.
Job Title: Field Collection Executive
Location: S G Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹26,500 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calling, and product presentations in S G Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and meet daily sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and execute local sales strategies.
- Regularly report sales performance and feedback to the management.
- Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in sales (Freshers welcome).
- Education: 12th Pass and above.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; familiarity with sales techniques; basic computer knowledge.
Other:
- Must be a local resident of S G Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Required: Bike, Smartphone, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, 2-Wheeler Driving License, Bank Account
- Age: 21 to 32 years preferred
